felt like we were back in KL, and i feel so light^^

only pain was my left kneecap (as usual) =x

went to shokudo pasta house @ bugis for dinner.. great disappointment sia T_T
had the usual chk balls pasta and it was weird from the momento it was served. coz normally they would have a hard exterior, so that biting will be crisp. however it was soft, and plastic wrap was nt removed entirely so da bf asked me to send it back and get a new plate. haiz. am very disappointed with the cooking, through and through. T__T but the omelette rice with erm. pork cutlet and curry? it was delish! woots. lols.

woke up from a deep sleep, and it feels just great. its been really very long since i have last really slpt, due to waking up in the middle of the night, and i always feel that i didnt really fall asleep, but just closing my eyes.
when i woke up this morning at 8am, i was already very happy, coz i couldnt believe that i slpt rite through without waking up. hmm. i guess that this has to do with a few pointers.
- didnt drink much water,
- tummy was full,
- had a lot of exercise during the day.
hmm. guess i gotta go do more exercise to ensure for a better slp. woots.
btw. december is finally here, bringing year 2009 closer to us. enjoy da last days of 2008, and make merry^^
